Submit your business details, equipment listing, pricing, and payout preferences for review. Approved partners receive access to the partner portal, equipment submission workflow, and a transparent 85/15 rental split: partners receive 85% of the rental subtotal and Zoey Transportation retains 15%. Customers pay a separate 5% booking & processing fee that is not deducted from the partner share.

Zoey Transportation remains the lead brand, handling customer communication, estimates, and scheduling. Your application helps us evaluate new trailers and hauling partners without diluting the customer experience.

Revenue split: Partners receive 85% of each eligible completed rental subtotal. Zoey Transportation retains 15% for the marketplace, booking operations, contracts, support, and platform services. Customers pay a separate 5% booking & processing fee; it is not deducted from the partner's 85% rental share.

Provide complete trailer details and pricing. After approval, Stripe Connect securely collects your payout and tax information; Zoey does not store your bank account number.

Payouts: Approved partners complete secure Stripe Connect onboarding in the partner portal. Bank details are entered with Stripe, not Zoey Transportation.
Equipment photos: Add photos in the Partner Portal after approval so they are attached to your authenticated equipment record.

This application is sent for review. Approval and portal access are granted by Zoey Transportation after the application is reviewed.
